Anthony Simonds-Gooding joined as Non-Executive Director in April 2002 and became Non-Executive Chairman in December 2002. He has an extensive career in marketing, advertising, and management including the posts of Chief Executive with Whitbread, Saatchi & Saatchi, and British Satellite Broadcasting. He is currently Chairman of the Design and Art Directors' Association and has acted as non-executive director to over a dozen companies and charitable trusts, including currently Blick, Kunick, Lorica, Community Hospitals Trust, Macmillan Cancer Relief, and the Rainbow Trust.

Jonathon Reeve joined the board in October 2006. With more than 35 years’ experience in the Royal Navy, Jonathon provides OMG with an in-depth understanding of the technological demands and procurement requirements for the defence industry, a key area of strategic focus for the Group.

Adrian Carey joined the Board in November 2012 and has more than 25 years of boardroom experience, primarily in the technology, legal and educational service sectors. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Exchange Group, a private equity backed adult skills training provider, and Non-Executive Director of Syrris Ltd., a rapidly growing private business that is a world leader in microfluidics, flow chemistry, micro-reactor and automation technology. During his earlier career, Adrian was CEO for three companies over a 17 year period, prior to which he was a finance director, venture capitalist and Chartered Accountant.
