Meet the key people behind Oxford Metrics - the four Directors and the three Non-Executives who make up our Group board.

Roger Parry CBE

Non-Executive Chairman

Roger Parry joined the board in June 2016. He has an extensive career in the media sector and is currently Chairman of YouGov plc, Mobile Streams plc plus a number of private companies. He has held a variety of Chairman roles including Johnston Press plc, Future plc and Shakespeare's Globe. Previously he was CEO of Clear Channel International and More Group plc. He spent three years with McKinsey, the international consulting firm, and prior to that was a TV and radio journalist with the BBC and ITV.

Jonathon Reeve

Non-Executive Director

Jonathon Reeve joined the Board in 2006. A professional engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in the Royal Navy where he served on the Navy Board and subsequently as a consultant engineer to a wide range of companies, both large and small. He brings particular experience in the management of change and risk, key elements of Board focus in a rapidly changing technology company. His defence sector experience was of particular benefit in the building and successful disposal of the 2d3 business. He chairs the Board Risk and Remuneration Committees and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Adrian C Carey

Non-Executive Director

Adrian Carey joined the board in November 2012 and has almost 30 years of boardroom experience, primarily in the technology, legal and educational service sectors. He is also Chairman of Lakeview Computers Group Ltd and Gazoob Holdings Ltd, and Non-Executive Director of Blacktrace Ltd, BC Arch Ltd and a charity OXPIP. During his earlier career, he held a number of other non-executive positions in private and public companies and was CEO for three companies over a 17 year period, prior to which he was a Finance Director, Venture Capitalist and Chartered Accountant.
